Terms & Safety Guidelines

1. User Verification & Safety

• Aadhaar Verification: All service providers (City Heros) must submit valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar/PAN) before their profile is approved by our admins.
• Live Tracking: For your safety, the platform tracks the provider's location via GPS from the moment they accept a job until they arrive at your location.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior by users or providers will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

2. Booking & Payments

• Transparent Pricing: All service prices are clearly listed. Any additional material costs must be agreed upon between the user and the provider before work begins.
• Cancellations: Free cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a ₹100 convenience fee.
• Commissions: City Heros deducts a standard commission (ranging from 10% to 20% depending on the category) from the provider's earnings for platform maintenance and marketing.

3. Friend Zone Policy

The "Friend Zone" category is strictly designed for platonic social companionship in public spaces only (e.g., cafes, malls, public parks, cinemas).

• Private residences or hotel rooms are strictly prohibited for Friend Zone bookings.
• Both parties must maintain respectful boundaries.
• Users can utilize the emergency SOS feature in the WhatsApp Widget to instantly report any discomfort or safety concerns.

4. Liability

City Heros acts as an aggregator connecting independent professionals with customers. While we enforce strict background checks, City Heros is not directly liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising during service execution. However, our support team will actively assist in resolving conflicts fairly.
