How does booking work?
Submit your service request → Pay the ₹99 Pre-Booking Platform Fee → Booking is activated → Professional is assigned → Service is completed.
What is the ₹99 Pre-Booking Platform Fee?
The ₹99 pre-booking platform fee is payable to CityHeros and is separate from the service professional's service charge.
How do I pay for the service?
The service charge can be paid online through Razorpay or by POD, where available.
What if the professional doesn't arrive?
Contact us immediately. We may reschedule, assign another professional, or process an eligible refund. Estimated arrival time may vary depending on availability, traffic, location and service requirements.
Not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours. CityHeros will review the complaint and may coordinate a service re-attempt where appropriate.
Are CityHeros professionals verified?
CityHeros onboards service professionals through its verification and onboarding process. Additional verification requirements may apply depending on the service category.
