• Verification Documents: We securely collect and store Aadhaar/PAN details from our Service Providers strictly for background verification purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used to facilitate the services you request:

• To match users with the nearest available verified professionals.
• To send service updates, OTPs, and notifications via WhatsApp or SMS.
• To enforce safety protocols, investigate disputes, and prevent fraud.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Information is only shared between the customer and the assigned service provider to the extent necessary to complete the service (e.g., sharing your address with the assigned electrician).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. All ID proofs uploaded by providers are stored in secured, encrypted cloud vaults and are only accessible by authorized admin personnel.
